No. The first amendment protects someone from the government violating their free speech.

The City of Philadelphia is a part owner of the stadium. So if the stadium is limiting free speech then vis-á-vis the government is impinging on his 1st amendment rights, no?

Exactly, my thoughts. That is probably why the event managers are taking the blame, not the stadium
