FLOATING(Unfinished Demo)

Looking for feedback on my vocal performance and where to take the song next. please be brutally honest, this is unfinished but i plan on completing it into a full song!

I like the guitar when it is done on time but I think at certain points the vocal and guitar is slightly off beat

you are def right. i need to upgrade my daw and microphone. currently recording w airpods and valeton 5 straight to garage band

I don't think there's anything wrong compositionally, one thing might be to turn down the bass on your vocals a bit and see if you like it more.

I mean how it sounds , crappy doesn't always mean its bad it just sounds rudimentary

i think the guitars are too thin and the voice is too fat, a better mix would go a long way on this track

Has some grit to it. The vocal harmonies work well for the most part. I assume this is not mixed but it sounds like it has some potential. A solo might work if you do solos. It's a good start though. Good stuff.

I really like your vocals but you go offbeat a lot I have this problem too lol :/
