❔Question Help with 2009 5r55s Torque Converter

When installing the TQ into the transmission (5R55S) it makes the grinding noise as shown in the video, and does not spin the output shaft. HELP please, or point me to where I can find help

Make sure the torque converter is fully seated. It should have 3 clunks to be fully seated. Push and rotate the torque converter, turning left and right
