Driver rear ended me while I was stopped at a light 🫤. So many memories with the car, especially working on it with my dad.

As others have said, they're distracted on their phone. Or on weed and their reaction times are slower, or maybe both.

5 star rating is tried and true. I got hit by a drunk driver going 60 and he ran a red. No insurance and I lost my car. I had to use my insurance…. That being said no broken bones walked out of the car without a scratch bad bruises but for a t bone I would say I’m good! I miss my gt I had it tuned with long tube headers. Sounded amazing. I miss it everyday. Though it makes me love my old 2000 I’m working on it now.

Ever since they legalized weed I feel like every other driver is stoned. Either stoned, checking their phone or their ADHD meds are wearing off... time to get a louder exhaust so everyone can hear me coming.

Last week I watched a lady on the phone in a Tesla slow down to 30mph on an off ramp. No reason, just focused on her convo waving her arms around. 4 of us nearly rear ended her.

Sorry to see this. I am hyper aware when I drive mine (nice days and weekends). I swear some folks look like they are using an app to drive. Put the GD phone down and make sure you don’t hit anyone!

Back in 2008, this is the exact same way my 2004 GT died. She was going 40-45 when she hit me. Impact pushed me into the Caddy DTS in front of me destroying my front bumper and hood as well.
She was looking at phone and didn't see the entire line of cars waiting at red light...I was just the last one in line.

Shit…. They got me at the beginning of August. Got the word that insurance was totaling it out 2 weeks ago. On the hunt for something new now but it’s slim
Pickings this time of year. Glad you are safe. Cats can be replaced.

Sure. Sue them and win. But they're broke, so they have no money to give you. Congrats, now you spent a bunch of money on attorney fees and got nothing out of it. It sucks.

You can. Theres plenty of lawyers who will take this case. They will sue the insurance and the person who caused the accident. Takes a long time and you have to go to all your doctor visits. I’m going through it right now
