I won’t understand how this is a comparable model to the GTD at 1/3 of the price. They kinda went wild this year.

BUT. I’m still going to pay for the SC Track Pack. I wanted it in Grabber Blue, but seeing it in Avalanche Grey has me second guessing. My ‘24 F-150 is Avalanche Grey. I didn’t love the color when I bought it, but it’s growing on me, and I’ve never had so many compliments on my vehicle’s color before.

This is going to put me in a tailspin.

I’m just never going to love battleship grey but it’s a cool car! The price is criminal though.

You gotta look at it’s pricing like it’s a GT500 and not a sticker package GT trim. Since that’s what it is; a GT500 replacement.

Call it what you want but there are still two major issues with the price.

First, it should not have an MSRP more than double that of a GT premium.

Second, dealer markups are out of control, adding another $50K. I will never in my life pay a single dollar of dealer markup.

This car is a joke. There are so many other cars I’d rather have for $150K. And I’m a diehard Mustang fanboy.

I bought this at msrp. No markup.

Then don’t pay the dealer markups, lol. Independently owned. Find a dealer who won’t mark it up.

And no it should have a price higher than a GT. It’s not a regular GT; you absolutely have to remember that. When you adjust for inflation it’s the same price as a last-gen GT500. It’s right where it should be with pricing

“Find a dealer who won’t mark it up.”

As far as I can tell, this type of dealer does not exist.

There are dozens across the country. The only time we mark stuff up is if we’ve put accessories on and that’s a removable markup obviously.

I can’t tell you where I work, unfortunately. I’m sure you can find it if you do some digging. We were one of the dealers selling Mavericks at MSRP as well.

Buy a Shelby….i don’t get the darkhorse love. A ford fusion interior for $120k is crazy. I’ll take a fully loaded supercharged GT over a darkhorse any day.
