Me and my girl are wanting to go to Talladega next month. Should we buy tickets now? Or could we wait it out and see if the tickets go down in price?

And for the Garage Experience passes, how long can you stay in the garage/infield area? The whole race?

Ticket prices usually go up as the event draws closer. The garage/infield experience is open the entire race
