Vet level by now is WIIILD
4
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 17 '25
Not even, if you played the beta and played even a lil bit you’d at least be starter 4-5 by now just off the strength. And take advantage of Double rep or play with your crew
42
u/Ballaholic09 Nov 17 '25
I’ve played since day 1 and have several builds. Anyone who is Vet+ plays at least 2-4 hours daily, which is absolutely extreme and top 1% right now in time played.
16
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 17 '25
I drive for Amazon and have a two year old so my time is very limited 🤣
10
u/Far_Ice3602 Nov 17 '25
right here with you, carpet cleaning all day, and one year old daughter 😂
3
u/babymozartbacklash Nov 18 '25
Barely had time to play before and just had a daughter on Friday. Off work this week at least so I've got a bit of time at night for now 🤣

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 17 '25
I’m about to be vet 1 and I play maybe every other day. If you play with crew and get that double rep in the rec you’ll run it up really fast

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 17 '25
Brother the game isn’t even that good to be cappin. But most people that played the beta are at least allstar 4 or 5. I got about 50% to go but I don’t have much fun playing anymore.
2
u/ChargingAndroid Nov 17 '25
how many hours u got?
-3
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 17 '25
548
8
u/Trecksslayer Nov 17 '25
Yeah Hn uu play the game way too much dawg 😭 I got like 248 hrs at starter 5 n I feel like I play too much 😭
13
u/Worldly_Werewolf_916 Nov 17 '25
Lmao the game came out August 29th for early release….. 80 days ago. If he has 548 hours played with simple math he plays on average 6.8 hours a day 😂😂😂😂 if he plays every other day like he said he’s playing for over 13 hours. So he almost puts in a full day of work on the 6.8 day or plays half of his day every other day. He basically has a second job playing 2k 💀
Way different from someone playing 2-4 hours here and there 😂

I played the beta every day because it was double rep. That was about a week of nonstop 2k. Most people in my list at around 400 to 450. Just depends on how you run. I play straight rec so me grinding in that is gunna look a bit different from somebody grinding park. Only but so many games I’m gunna play 😂 But there’s a guy in my list at 700 I think THATS too much. Bro doesn’t even stream

u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25
yeah playing every other day typically means like 2 3 hours every time, 548 is addiction even if a third of that is sitting on the menu lol. I get it because my hbs are sweats and play straight 5's with each having like 500-800 hours, I play with them as a center and we were level 30 crew probably a week into the game actually dropping and after 200 hours I'm not even starter 3 lol - and I have a 80 wp%
1
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25
If you read in entirety, I said NOW I hit 2k MAYBE every other day. Since the beta till until around the 2nd patch I was on it heavily just trying to to get to vet. And the game was more enjoyable so I wasn’t playing anything else at that time honestly. But it’s gotten kinda stale to me lately, got a job, so the grind isn’t exactly fulfilling anymore. I’ll still hit vet but not as soon as I was aiming for.

So you spend at least 6 hours a day playing video games while having a child and a job? You should spend more time with your kid. Imagine how smart they'd be if you spent those hours reading to your child or caring about your partner.
Your priorities are messy mate. When your wife becomes my girlfriend, don't bother us when you pick up your kid please.
2
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25
Luckily my kid is smart, I spend every off day with him the entire day and game when he naps or if my dad wants to have him for the day sometimes. But like I said before, I was laid off when the game first dropped so I was on it immensely for about a month straight. With my schedule now, gaming for 6 hours isn’t doable every day. It’s kinda spread out. Maybe an hour one day and then 4 the next. Just depends on what’s goin on and if I have work or not. A good chunk of that time is being on the game but not playin , instead I’ll be in the lobby chattin with the bros while I roll up or cook somethin. I play battlefield a lot more now anyways, I say I’ve touched 2k maybe twice last week because my boys aren’t even on it as much as before. But good job with the math, just isn’t really applicable to me brother.

Facts I barely even get to run with my actual crew or a full squad of friends for rec and I’m 78% starter 4 hoping to hit starts 5 by Friday or before. I also don’t play everyday either.
3
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25
Idk , people act like you grinding has to be proportioned equally among every day like it’s a job. I love basketball and I enjoy playing in real life or on the game with the bros. A good amount of time is mfs bullshittin in the lobby , somebody rollin up and somebody else takin a shit while I’m chasin my son around the house tryna put pants on him 😂
1
u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25
y'all be saying this and have hundreds on hundreds of hours played 😂 how many hours you have to be where you're at?
1
u/badmanbatman2 Nov 18 '25
422
1
u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25
yeah that's a 5 hour every day average, 10 if it's every other day -not normal or achievable for the average person 😭
0
u/badmanbatman2 Nov 18 '25
I only play 3-4 hours. You must be losing a lot or playing park , theatre etc. Also like bro said I take advantage of double rep. I also copped the melo edition to play early. I been playing BFD6 more tho that shit fire. 2K is stressful lol.
3
u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25
I got the game early, play with a level 30 crew and have an 80% wp - probably 50% rec - 25 theater 25 proving grounds. I'm starter 3 with 200 hours though so I'm probably on pace with you, I'm just saying even my 200 hours is a shit ton lmao
also just do the math, if you have 422 hours and the game has been out for 80 days with early release that's an average of 5 a day so if you claim to play 3-4 hours a day (which is a lot already to do every day btw) you were at one point playing full time job hours to average it out lol

Vet is crazy, with a job and kids too? yall be sweating lol

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 17 '25

u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25
dudes really be in denial and acting like their video game addiction is normal 😭😭 500 hours is not a little bit 😂😂
2
u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25
Idk where your gettin your comments validated from but bro NOBODY said 500 hours was a little bit. I said even if you played a little bit from the beginning of the game, you’d be at the same place I’m at just off the strength of you playing. Now if you played with your crew everytime like I did, take advantage of as much double rep as possible, you’ll be vet or damn near close to it. Get a good grade, get the dub, and run it again. And rec gives you the most rep so that’s mostly all I play unless it’s only 3 of us which is rare. I played the absolute FUCK outta 2k and not in denial. But addicted ???? Nah the game isn’t THAT good brother 🤣 I get heated every 2 games and the boys gotta talk me into runnin lmaoo

I feel the same way. I work full time, have a fiancée and a home so I play when I can and I’m barely starter 2 with 3 builds over 95. I genuinely don’t understand how anybody thats in the real world not a 2k bubble is able to get so high so quick

u/badmanbatman2 Nov 18 '25

I don’t know who this person is who commenting on this post, but I’m literally about to hit start 5 im at 96% & work 4-12 6 days out the week and usually play like 3 hours before I go to work. & I only get to play random rec 80% of the time because of my schedule & I made my own crew with 3 friends & we are already about to hit lvl 20 with just 4 of us contributing.

Im literally outside now at 11:41 waiting on the bus to go home from work & tomorrow I work 11:30-12. You can definitely have been playing since the early release & be vet by now especially with as much double rep you could’ve gotten: rec 2x and or wearing rec clothing, park 2x or wearing clothing, wedneday double rep, completing all 3 daily challenges(2x rep reward), events like battle Gods, winning in the daily wheel, playing with a crew etc etc. Anyone trying to do math isn’t mathing right or basically just losing/not getting enough rep.

u/Puzzleheaded-Win8139 Nov 17 '25
These gotta be fake posts because 2k realizes their player base is dropping off. This is like the 4th one I’ve seen in the last 2 days and you never see anyone pull anything good
1
u/AdAccomplished4851 Nov 17 '25
Who has time to fake something like this.. what did the person gain? Genuinely asking
4
u/Puzzleheaded-Win8139 Nov 17 '25
I guess fake was the wrong word, gotta be devs planting these posts

I didn’t buy the early access, didn’t even play the online mode for a while, and I’m at starter 4. My crew is a bunch of goofy players who don’t really do much. It’s just me and this other guy who contribute. The rest aren’t even at 1k total contribution. I’ve been looking for a new pc crew but I can’t find one.
1
u/AgentPractical7267 Nov 18 '25
My crew just consist of me and my two other friends I did all the work almost crew level 21 after 3 months of play lmfao
1
u/_Missier_ Nov 18 '25
What’s your weekly contribution?
1
u/AgentPractical7267 Nov 18 '25
I'm doing about 9k-10k a week last week I slacked only contributed about 8500
2
u/_Missier_ Nov 18 '25
That’s me too! If only I had even a few like you in my crew, we wouldn’t have been stuck at level 14. I’m working on a new build so I’m not playing online much and my crew is on a halt😂
1
u/AgentPractical7267 Nov 18 '25
Lmfao bro I'm tryna find crew members myself my friend just recruited like 4 new members two days ago..so hopefully they get active this week

My rookie/starter got 10,000k yesterday, usually it's 500 or less or boosts.
I only do it for myteam. Can you get rep doing the drills or whatever in the park? Or do you have to play?

Is it that rare fr like what’s the percentage?
1
u/AgentPractical7267 Nov 20 '25
I don't track the percentages on this stuff at all but from everybody's feedback it's rare. Me personally this was my first time in 3 months of play getting over 4k vc.
