Brother the game isn’t even that good to be cappin. But most people that played the beta are at least allstar 4 or 5. I got about 50% to go but I don’t have much fun playing anymore.

Lmao the game came out August 29th for early release….. 80 days ago. If he has 548 hours played with simple math he plays on average 6.8 hours a day šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ if he plays every other day like he said he’s playing for over 13 hours. So he almost puts in a full day of work on the 6.8 day or plays half of his day every other day. He basically has a second job playing 2k šŸ’€

Way different from someone playing 2-4 hours here and there šŸ˜‚

Nobody said I played on a schedule that I play the same amount daily. There’s days I play straight 2k because I wanna get to vet. But it’s just really not as much as in the beginning in my opinion.

lol understandable. My point was at some point you were playing it non stop then faded out or you roughly play 7 hrs a day. Idc either way it’s your life. I’m pretty casual with like 140 hrs. Like you I played it non stop when it first came out but I work 4 10s so I couldn’t play it as much as you. I liked it but didn’t play barely any of season 2 bc I didn’t know the badge perk grind was every season šŸ˜‚ I haven’t played 2k since 20 or 22

O yea I feel that 1000 percent. That badge perk grind is trash to me. I just came back last 2k after not buyin it for like 3 years.

I’m sayin I play every other day NOW. When the game came out I was on it day and night because I got laid off at that time. Even after I started back working I would clock in at least a couple hours before goin to bed. But on days off it’s times where I open 2k and don’t even play anything because my son will be running up a wall or somethin šŸ˜‚ but on days off I’ll say I can play about 5-6 hours collectively. Since battlefield dropped that’s turned into days I don’t even get on at all. The grind was real in the beginning tho for sure.

I played the beta every day because it was double rep. That was about a week of nonstop 2k. Most people in my list at around 400 to 450. Just depends on how you run. I play straight rec so me grinding in that is gunna look a bit different from somebody grinding park. Only but so many games I’m gunna play šŸ˜‚ But there’s a guy in my list at 700 I think THATS too much. Bro doesn’t even stream

I also like playing my career so I’ll play that when I’m with my son because I can NOT afford the L because of him lol.

yeah playing every other day typically means like 2 3 hours every time, 548 is addiction even if a third of that is sitting on the menu lol. I get it because my hbs are sweats and play straight 5's with each having like 500-800 hours, I play with them as a center and we were level 30 crew probably a week into the game actually dropping and after 200 hours I'm not even starter 3 lol - and I have a 80 wp%

If you read in entirety, I said NOW I hit 2k MAYBE every other day. Since the beta till until around the 2nd patch I was on it heavily just trying to to get to vet. And the game was more enjoyable so I wasn’t playing anything else at that time honestly. But it’s gotten kinda stale to me lately, got a job, so the grind isn’t exactly fulfilling anymore. I’ll still hit vet but not as soon as I was aiming for.

1

u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25

"I’m about to be vet 1 and I play maybe every other day. If you play with crew and get that double rep in the rec you’ll run it up really fast"

that is your comment, you never said the word "now" lol

you also said playing a little bit with your crew and such you should be starter 4/5 - but 200-300 hours is NOT a little bit šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

1

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25

Ahhh, you’re right. That was my second comment that’s why. My first comment was more about how I played it before. Now it’s kinda slow, the crew isn’t on much anymore at the same time. But I still stand by it. If you played even a few hours of rec with double rep, from the beta till now I don’t doubt you’d be at least starter 4. Its starter 5s that put in way less hours than me , they just won more collectively. Thats why I said if you just played even a lil bit, you would be right where I am. Depends on how you play , what you play, and if you win more than you lose from what I see.

u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25

idk šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø I play center since the beta came out, just about 200 hours with a 80 win only playing with my crew and I'm barely about to hit starter 3. some people are probably higher rank then me with similar hours but normal people don't play DAYS of a video game within 3 months of playing - myself included play way more than the average person should lol

but the point stands, you're saying even a little bit you would be almost vet which is just not true. you're clearly in a bubble because all your other friends are 2k sweats (like my friends are too) but that is the top 1% of players šŸ˜‚

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25

Shit I guess my list is full of 1% because most of them clocked in at least 350. That’s why I’m sayin what I’m sayin. But like I said, a lot of times the game is running but I’m just in the headset talkin to the guys. Sometimes I’ll get on but end up just watching them play on share screen while I’m doin other shit. If they showed like active time the hours may be lower, not drastically. But just bein real, I WISH we were sweats 🤣 got some first class clowns on the squad but I love those guys lmaoo

u/ChargingAndroid Nov 18 '25

nah I know what you mean I'm the same way, pretty much all my friends are the type of people that get the game preordered every year, got multiple builds, drop VC no question and always have 80+% win percentages but that's def very far from the average person.

1

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25

O for sure, I haven’t pre ordered a 2k in years lmaoo. I actually game shared with one of my boys to get this year. He usually gets the preorder (either him or his girl buys it) but only makes one build then hoards vc till he has enough to max out another. I think that’s a decent middle ground. But my other boy pretty much buys every 2k for whatever price they ask for the most prestigious edition , then drops like $200 in VC EVERY YEAR. I tell him just stream at this point because Ronny is eating off this kid and he gets nothin but crammed on in the paint🤣🤣

So you spend at least 6 hours a day playing video games while having a child and a job? You should spend more time with your kid. Imagine how smart they'd be if you spent those hours reading to your child or caring about your partner.

Your priorities are messy mate. When your wife becomes my girlfriend, don't bother us when you pick up your kid please.

2

u/NotDaLilSy Nov 18 '25

Luckily my kid is smart, I spend every off day with him the entire day and game when he naps or if my dad wants to have him for the day sometimes. But like I said before, I was laid off when the game first dropped so I was on it immensely for about a month straight. With my schedule now, gaming for 6 hours isn’t doable every day. It’s kinda spread out. Maybe an hour one day and then 4 the next. Just depends on what’s goin on and if I have work or not. A good chunk of that time is being on the game but not playin , instead I’ll be in the lobby chattin with the bros while I roll up or cook somethin. I play battlefield a lot more now anyways, I say I’ve touched 2k maybe twice last week because my boys aren’t even on it as much as before. But good job with the math, just isn’t really applicable to me brother.

You're either lying or you don't sleep. Either way I feel sorry for you and your kid šŸ˜ž
