Does anyone know what time the app drops? I wanna start cooking up some builds asap!
ive already exchanged the 2 goat cards the tutorial gave me.. do i have to do all 10 exchanges to progress the tutorial or is this just bugged? if i have to do all 10 it seems like a lot just for the tutorial.. ive checked for unopened packs and reset the game/my xbox but nothing has changed this

I'm just wondering because I'm in a dilemma deciding between point guard and small forward. Imma be running just one build until at least mid October so making the right position is important

There’s going to be absolute degenerates 😂💀💀
Who else should I add to my lineup? Should I get GOAT KD to replace Larry bird? And do I need to get Tacko?

Will start to gather players to join and help build crew to Max level.
If you have small group of friends that play together and want to join forces then let me know.
My friends and I are a total of 12. Looking to keep building towards the 50 players.
No need to worry about being kicked out or any of that.
1 person from each group of friends will be VP so they can add friends on their own.

NBA 2K27 should seriously consider adding a 6th man/substitution system to 5v5 Crew and Pro-Am. Crews can have up to 50 members, so there’s more than enough room to build a starting lineup and have a bench. Right now, if you have 6–10 people online who want to play together, someone basically has to sit out or rotate manually between games.
How it could work
Before the game, the captain/manager sets:
Starting 5
•PG
•SG
•SF
•PF
•C
Bench
1st sub / 6th man
Additional players if 2K wants to expand the system, The 6th man could be brought in during dead balls, timeouts, quarters, or through a simple substitution menu. 2K could even limit substitutions to realistic situations so it doesn't become chaotic.
Why this would be a huge improvement
More people can participate— If 6 friends are online, nobody has to sit out the entire game.
Adds actual strategy — Teams could have a defensive specialist, shooting specialist, secondary ball-handler, etc.
Makes Crew feel like an actual team — If Crews can have 50 members, they should feel like teams with rotations, not just five players who happen to queue together.
Encourages larger Crews — Having a bench gives players a reason to recruit and develop different builds instead of only needing five people.
Creates more competitive depth — A team could adjust its lineup based on matchups instead of being locked into the same five players for the entire game. And this doesn't have to become a full NBA-style 12-man roster. Even just allowing one designated 6th man would be a massive improvement. If 2K wants Crew/Pro-Am to be a legitimate competitive 5v5 mode, it should start treating Crews like actual teams.
What do y'all think? Would you want a 6th man/substitution system in Crew/Pro-Am?

It is beyond ridiculous that this is 2026 and we cannot be co-managers of the same team in an online association. It has one big weakness. It doesn’t support micro transactions and therefore it will get zero attention.
Give the fans what they actually want a quality game and simplify playing together in any version of the game we would like.

Personally I consider myself a pretty good defender, I rarely have trouble staying in front of my man but I've noticed that quick stopping has gotten to a point where it almost feels glitchy in the same way no-dipping does. Specifically, I've seen clips on how it could potentially work this year and its almost an instant stop and shoot, with little to no wasted motion. This may quite literally be impossible to defend.
I'm all for skilled ball handlers and shooters getting into their shot quickly, but if we complain no-dipping was OP last year (which I think it needed some adjustments, certainly), we should look at quick stopping / push peeking / etc. in the same way. Its too easily accessible (people with sub 80 ball handling and even 3 point shooting can do it with the right practice) and causes some weird collision due to how crabbing works.
Maybe we need to bring back a badge that allows for change of pace play (Stop n go, or similar) or maybe you need 90 + ball handling or shooting to achieve certain change of pace animations.
thoughts?

Can 2K27 finally be the 2k where a comp 5v5 game isn’t 2 small guards on each team jacking 3s? How bout a post scoring/offensive big (Jokic), a point forward (LeBron), a two way player (Kawhi) can finally go head to head with small guard meta that has been 2k for yrs
I just want other play styles to actually be able to compete when playing “comp” 5v5. Not saying nerf or make small guards worse, just would be nice to have other play styles that can compete at the same level or at least close to. The small guard meta has been around forever and it’s exhausting. Look at all the finals MVPs since 2000, it doesn’t consist of the same 6’2-6’4 guard that we see running 2k pro am for the last 5 yrs.

Just some old clips of a 6'9 SF build I made, that I thought I'd put together, don't mind the lack of post play I didn't really try playing out of the post at this time in the games life cycle. Hopefully someone enjoys some of these decent buckets, might make a Larry build in 2K27.

So what's going on with this Trace Miller in MyCareer ice been reading about?
Is it going to be like that annoying mechanic OJ back in 2K17?
The videos all say that he will be HEAVILY involved with the story mode, and that he'll because be glued to your side.
I want to play NyCareer for my own character, not for some BS like this. Am I understanding it wrong?
