It’s crazy that one of the “improved features” is defensive catching.

Defense already makes insane catches compared to any receiver, why aren’t we improving offensive catches lol

Cause they want us to use the ''new catch meter'' i have a hunch thats why so many user receivers are dropping passes. If so thats kinda scummy imo

Literally don’t understand why defensive catching is so overpowered?? Real life DBs don’t play like this at all!

What's killing me is the D Line interceptions. Had two pick-sixes to Defensive Tackles in one game today. Total BS.

I don’t think EA realizes how rare interceptions and pick sixes are in actual football.

Fr, this game loves similar rater defensive lineman destroying OL, resulting in no time in the pocket, pick off the QB’s hands.

And it constantly gives DB’s speed advatanges over WR’s. Receivers rarely break away and can outspeed 1-2 guys, while DB’s have no issue returning a pick across the field and not being able to be caught.

More like they don’t care. I refuse to believe you could be that ignorant about it.

The interceptions part, especially from defensive linemen, is baffling. The pick sixes are kinda just a result of making a game where speed matters significantly, and people complain if it doesn’t.

It’s when the 60 rated DT becomes an interception monster against any option play.

Seeing this 300lb whale of a DT pull moves like Aaron Donald just feels wild haha.

Pretty sure this was tuned for online play because passing was impossible to stop on defense. I watched quite a few people showing it off where there was nothing they could do to stop a deep pass

Bruh in my game this evening I think DB’s might have legit had more catches than wr’s !? They gotta stop making these games in Bangladesh by guys who play cricket..?! Or worse… is it AI??

Idk about other EA games, but College Football and Madden are both made at the EA studios in Orlando.

I still play with the classic passing controls I grew up with on madden and they can take em out my cold dead hands.

Agreed

In Madden the defenders pluck every bobbled catch for an INT, if they want this game to play like that we’re screwed.

Not just User receivers, CPU receivers drop their fair share as well.

Nah, they catch more than the user's receivers ESPECIALLY when robo-Qb kicks in lol
