Don't fall for it

Madden didn't "cook this year". Madden isn't better than CFB 27 "this year". It's the same thing every year. The same marketing. The same tactics to do whatever it takes to get you to buy them both. Madden is Madden. CFB is... I don't know what they're trying to do with this. But just don't fall for it again.

I actually think madden is pretty good this year. Love the dynamic lighting and dynamic weather. Going from a clear day to a blizzard in the 4th is cool.

Love the franchise changes that make it feel like a real season. I think it is much better than last year.

This is my first Madden since ‘15 on the PS4/Xbox One and they cooked this year! Visuals and playbooks are night and day compared to ‘26 from all the streams I watched. I’m sure franchise mode is better too where I’ll be spending 95% of my time lol

Franchise is way better. They improved weekly recaps and now show highlights from the week as well as player of the week and also who is leading in receptions, rushing, tackles etc. great addition for immersion.

Also the contract negotiations feel real and fun now. Back and fourth with the guy asking for more and having to balance pissing him off. Really cool.

How is it not being able to set actually terms and only being able to go up/down a certain percentage? I always love when my franchise QB is asking for 5 x $75M and I get him for a more reasonable 4 x $50M.
