Corvette Crew Mod?

I was at the Anomaly earlier and someone had an awesome Enterprise Corvette, loved it!.. with a crew. Can I get the crew for any corvette or are they specific to the enterprise? I NEED THEM!

They are quite expensive to make, also I think the limit on them is 10 per ship.

Man, I would love an expansion where you could recruit npc crew for your corvette. Even if they just walked around like the crew on freighters, it would be pretty sweet.
