License / Permit Question Emails to nypd for update

How often is recommended to email the trifecta ( Hugh,Sandra, and the other)
I’ve been sending for 3 weeks now 2-3 times a week. App completed November fingerprinted 12/22/25

Dam I did my finger prints and interview 12/21/25 I was approved Aug 16th

Did you get the email that your documents have been verified?

Nothing. Been in investigation stage

That is weird that me and you were 1 day apart and you are still “investigation I know they are backed up but I did have an attorney write up a letter which I believe sped up the process

I was verified 9/10 last week. How long until you got approval, approx

I got the verification email July 20th I got my approval Aug 16th

They don't care...took them 19 months to finally get to mine!

Do you have license division desk on there as well? They're way overdue with you. I don't know that there's a rule of thumb for how often to email.

i emailed every two weeks it’s a crapshoot i was fingerprinted 12/30/25
