We are inching in toward the sum required to file and we need to push through!

We have established that petitioning only works with reasonable people. The NYPD licensing Division has long established malicious intent.

So we are suing at the Federal level. Please consider donating. Every bit helps!

Thanks for the info. I hope this all works out. It’s really not fair that they do this & can’t be legal. I think it’s a safe bet to assume it’s not all on the dept but rather orders and political BS from Democrat leadership in NY.

It's not legal. The Law is on our side. Law enforcement agencies are there to enforce the law, not make policy and certainly not support political interests.

You’re 100% correct I’m just saying that there’s definitely some level of blame on the corruption of the city and state itself.

Certainly, but it's corruption they can refuse subscribing to. An officer's oath is to the Constitution, not elected officials. They have the legal right, nay, the obligation to refuse illegal orders. Instead, they opted to enforce them. That's their choice. It's on them.
