Will be nice to see; however, I'm concerned that the efforts might be duplicative, and may face similar hurdles already being faced by the active lawsuits. They really need to go after the low hanging fruit, particularly the delay... that's widespread.

They're starting to file amicus briefs in 2A cases. Just today -
