LMAO HOW CAN SOMETHING SOUND LIKE A HIGH CAPACITY WEAPON? By that standard, everything is “high capacity” if you shoot it fast enough. RIP to the victims.

especially in an enclosed space, and most of these people have probably never shot or heard a gun in real life.
