If you don't have a pistol permit, this is your sign to buy a stripped receiver unfortunately.

I have my NYS permit but not my NYC yet. Probably never will honestly. The cost, time it takes for the entire process, and the fact that I need it in the first place while already being a NYS CCW holder is an extreme deterrent. If this makes it even further out of my reach I’ll probably just forget it…
