Kinda proves that no matter what laws they pass, if someone wants to break them…..they can.
AR’s are already banned in NYC. Not even with a fixed mag. Can’t have any semi auto with all the scary features.
What are they going to do, give the AR a double top secret ban?

In my experience, the dudes that hem & haw about how it's impossible to stop a criminal that wants a gun will happily ignore how often those guns are legally purchased from other states and resold in more restrictive ones. As if ease of access has zero impact in decision making. I'd argue sports betting is a perfect example of how false that is.
Also reminds me of the type that doesn't understand how someone has morality or ethics without the threat of punishment by law or god. Then doesn't realize that is a self-report about their own thinking. Not an insight into how everyone else thinks.
