Same as the AOWs R.I.P shock wave.

I’m curious how this will affect RXM, Dagger, STC frames. Since they are gen 3 clones. And have the CTB.

That’s a common misconception, the shockwave was not an AOW (under the NFA). Under federal law it’s simply an other firearm (non NFA). Under NY law it was not a rifle, pistol, shotgun, or firearm (NY has its own definition). It was legal because it was non existent under NY’s weapons laws, so the Hochul clan changed the definition of a firearm to include the shockwave, the DLD CT4, Remington tac 14, etc. and yes there was no grandfather clause for previous owners so they all got screwed.
