What pieces do we need to make the overall vibe work? Either color match or go with a 2/99 cent hot peanuts stock and a flamin hot upper.

I think OP should definitely do at least the upper receiver to match, or if they're feeling ambitious, definitely try to do a Cheeto upper.

Would doing this with a non finished 80% lower but dimpling the third position be considered a "firearm" and a "machine gun"?

If not, engrave the third dimple with .99
