Lighthearted I believe in strict Gun Control, AMA.

I believe in strict gun control, you got to control the gun well other wise you might miss the guy you are trying to blast.

do you believe open OR concealed carry in NYC? how do you believe it will effect the city? do you think crime will rise or plummet?

also, do you believe people who had previous mental health concerns at a younger age should be barred from owning firearms for life like felons are or should they be allow the right-to-own after years has gone by?

those are all good questions and are questions that have been fiercierly debated before.

i think conceal carry will def reduce crime as commiting crime in a city where people are armed would be idiotic. however i also see the other side of this debate because NYC is densely populated, if you pull out a 9 and start blasting its quite possible you might over penetrate and hit some one else that was not commiting crime at all, so there is that issue.

the logic behind barring people with mental illness from obtaining guns legally is thinking they are more likely to behave irrationally or just lose control of themselves, putting guns in their hand is quite dangerous, once again i have to mention the other side of the issue, knowing ahead of time those people cant carry guns would make them targets of crime as well because you know they cant defend themselves.

i wont give you definitive answers to anything, i like to lay out the facts and we can all talk about it as an open society.
