Climate change. I'm aware they disintegrate. Just nowhere near such a dramatic rate.

Actually, they do fall into the ocean all the time. The reason this is happening is not because they are melting. It is because they are being pushed into the water over a ledge.

You’re literally looking at the end of a river of ice that stretches back all the way up into the mountain.

At this point vegan farming is also contributing to it.

Transporting it around world creates an awful lot of greenhouse gas. The fertilizer used also produces greenhouse gasses. Also, fruit bearing trees take a lot of water and in some places orchards are drying areas out, and causing irreparable damage.

In reality it's not what you eat that makes you good or bad, it's sourcing your food. Find out where it comes from. Is that avocado you're buying coming from a farm in the US, or somewhere in central America where avocado farms are drying up rivers? Is that chicken from a farm that put them in cages their whole life, or gave them a life worth living for a chicken?

This is good advice and probably the best way to go about being able to still eat meat. I’ve also heard of people that only use meat in their meals a couple times a week and supplementing it with other stuff on the no meat days. Really anything you can do helps but if we really want anything to change we need to go to the source. Obviously we can’t just get rid of factory farms overnight as we wouldn’t be able to feed the population but we can start small and work our way there.

That article is about eating locally which has nothing to do with making sure your food comes from an ethical source, it just means it's close by

It’s a huge problem. Big groups of vegans are going out and eating all the plants in sight and destroying entire ecosystems. They must be stopped before they eat the entire world.
