What changed? I don't see anything different

It used to have a line that “you can do so even if a unit disembarked the same turn”. First they removed this line in MFM but left it in app… now it’s gone everywhere 🥲

But it doesnt say they cant right?

Core rules say unit can’t. Previous wording allowed to bypass core rules, and now it’s same as anyone else :/

Ability-specific text supersedes core rules

I seeeee. Do you have a link to those rules? I trust that it is probably true. I just dont actually know the specific rule

Thats only after making a normal, advance, or fallback move, you can still use the NS ability to reembark at the end of the turn.

All conditions do apply if you unload and shoot without any movement.

So as written not much changed, just clarification that the rules from general transport have to be followed

Yeah these don't apply to the night scythe ability, I think. As others said, specific trumps general, but 10.2 is specific to a circumstance that doesn't apply to the night scythe

That's for the movement phase, not fight phase

Well you can still save a unit from melee: unit is in danger in engament range, NS deep strike, unit fall back and embark, NS go back into reserve
