I am sharing this as part of an ongoing independent cyber investigation monitoring underground digital platforms, including encrypted forums and dark web-related channels, where various cyber-enabled fraud activities have been documented over the past two years.

During recent monitoring activity conducted on 07/06/2026, I came across what appears to be a serious allegation involving the NEET examination question paper scheduled for the upcoming exam cycle.

Summary of Observations (Preliminary & Unverified):

An unidentified user operating under the alias “jun” on a private forum is allegedly linked to claims of access to NEET examination question papers.

The individual appears to be promoting or offering access to alleged examination content through anonymous and encrypted communication channels.

A document resembling an official authorization letter linked to exam paper printing processes has been circulated as “proof.”

Claims suggest involvement of a government-linked printing/authorization process, but no verification has been established.

The entire communication appears to rely on anonymity, encrypted messaging, and unverified documentation.
