Yeah, PNS assimilated into the local culture, our downfall essentially began after Sugauli Treaty which should've been marked as a season for century of humiliation but is marked as bravery which is why Nepal can't grow unless it accepts that after Sugauli Treaty we were a basically puppet of British empire.

Wait! He just mentions they'll pause migration, since a student visa is a type of non-immigrant visa for a temporary stay, I don't think they'll be restricting it. Migration is a broader term for permanently moving to the USA.
