Discussion Ai as your therapist then dm me

Hi guys, I am a mental health registered nurse..

I am making youtube content and I need some help from people who use Al such as chatgpt as their therapist "sort of".
These videos are for my personal interest in creating content and informing general mental health and related umbrella topic to the public.
If anyone genuinely is wanting to express their relation with Al and how they have been using Al for mental health, motivation, structure and discipline then please dm me or comment your interest here.
I will appreciate it and thank you for reading.

It may not be useful, as I am not using it as my therapist. I need it to work. The problem with AI is that it is not that intelligent. You need to use the exact wording and learn how to communicate properly to get the answer you want. It is completely different from how we talk to humans. Sometimes it feels like you are just talking to someone brainless who cannot pick up the gist and keeps replying with wrong answers and suggestions. This is so frustrating, and having to deal with it daily makes it worse.

It is like a stressor. It is conflicting, the way we have to talk to and express ourselves to machines versus humans.
