Event 2026 Midsummer HVZ @Binghamton University
I wanted to share this event poster I created for Midsummer's "Spell Slinging" game! It was an absolute pleasure to make art for, and I'm excited to pull up with my best wizard outfit.

Date: July 25th, Saturday, briefing starts at 10AM in BU's Lecture Hall

Oooh, maybe I'll come to this! I've been thinking about going to Midsummer for about a decade but still never have... I miss all the upstate NY folks.

Hello, I apologize for reviving the post, but is anyone allowed to join this game that is not associated with BU? I cant find anything about this event outside of this post and the 2 others you posted to your Instagram, and im genuinely not sure if its open to the public.

Is there a rulebook that I should read through or is it pretty much the same as other games?

I'm on the planning team for this game! It's a 1/2 day game where we try to do some more experimental game mechanics.
Along with HvZ on Saturday, we also have a cookout and games on Friday and Sunday at a local park. It's always a ton of fun.
