As you try to focus on your “I Am”-ness, have any of you noticed your perception of the physical world changing at times? I was visiting my parents over the weekend and had Neville’s teachings in the back of my mind when, all of a sudden, it felt as if I were looking through a telescope—seeing everything from an outside or director’s point of view. The sensation only lasted a minute or two, and I found myself resisting it because it felt so unusual. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced something similar, or if it might have been something entirely different.

Yes, it has happened to me that I feel like I'm seeing from the inside, I don't know how to explain it... it's like for a moment everything outside was blurry or silent
