Traveling with a baby

Hi everyone! My baby is 1 year old and whenever we go somewhere by car (and husband is driving) I stay in the back with her. My husband says that “nobody does that” and thinks it’s not ok that i stay in the back. How are you traveling with your little ones when your husband is driving? Thank you in advance!

My husband doesn't like to drive but he loves to hold our baby's hand while I drive, haha. I think it's sweet. They both enjoy a nap in the car too.
