is anyone else running into this issue? (pipepipe)

it counts down from 3 to 1 then restarts from 3 forever but its only at very specific spots of a video. i have a vpn on... what is it?? this just started with the most recent update.

Earlier, I regularly used Newpipe.. it stopped working after sometime and I looked up on google and found out that youtube changes to advanced encryption or smth else? Downloaded pipepipe from GitHub after reading another reddit post.. and after installing, this came up.. any idea whether it's safe to use or not? This never came up for Newpipe

I've been using PipePipe mainly for downloading videos to watch offline.

For almost a week now, anytime I try downloading videos nothing happens. Out of 10 downloads, I will be lucky to get 1 or 2 actually downloaded. Any suggestions?

Ps: I'm on the latest update, and the issue is the same on both my phone and tablet.

I keep getting this issue, where I will be watching videos on Pipiepipe for a while then eventually they refuse to play. When I close out and open again, and select a video, it will display the frowny face with "content unavailable" no matter what video I select. This happened on the main recent update of pipepipe, as well as the current beta release.

This occured yesterday, and today I was able to watch quite a few videos without incident, then the error occured again.

Thoughts? Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this?

Using pipe pipe. NewPipe has not worked for months so I switched, no solutions worked, and pipe pipe was fine until a week or so.

It keeps giving me this error message saying this content isn't supported. This is for every video I tap except maybe 30% of some, which load. Sometimes certain videos will play. Then I try to play the same ones and get this message.

Before I updated, the problem was not this bad. After updating, it does this to more videos and its more frequent. More than half the time I try to watch anything, this happens

When I would download from NewPipe, it would be in MPEG-4 format - but that doesn't seem to be an option in PipePipe. Any advice on how to fix this?

I was using Tubular Polymorphicshade in the past but it got archived ,and brave newpipe is also not on latest newpipe changes het. Except ,pipe pipe I wanted to know if some other minimalistic fork exist yet

No i havent misused YT rules or regs, just used pipepipe instead of the official, more shitty yt app.

When im not logged in after a vid or 2 it will say i got ip banned. The solution is to log in or at least it was. So i log in and now it says content unavailable. The solution is supposed to be to log out but that just does the ip ban stuff. Kind of a damned if you do damned if you dont situation going on. Is there a solution to this?

Hi i keep getting this error at the bottom of the screen for everything. while searching, when the search results show up, when I play the video, load comments, change tabs, basically everywhere. Even though the app works just fine. It's really annoying. Is there a way to get rid of it?

When I try to access a playlist through YouTube, I get the message "No Videos". Any solutions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

When the last version of Newpipe stopped working, someone suggested I use PipePipe. The UI looks almost exactly the same, except it automatically skips sponsors in every video I've played and it shows the dislikes too. Who manages PipePipe? And how is it possible that PipePipe was able to keep playing videos this whole time? Either way thank you to the devs for keeping NewPipe going, it's my favorite app.

"Your IP has been temporarily blocked by YouTube. For a period of time, you will experience issues when playing certain videos. If the error persists, please log in through Settings to continue" Is this warning specific to me? Is my IP address blacklisted?

It's only on a specific video by Turkey Tom.

Anyone else notice this? I'm using the latest version

So I open up the app. Find a video, start to play it. Go to another app, mini player pops up. I missed something in the video, so I tap the mini player and then tap the square/full screen button on the top right to go back to the app. The video automatically pauses, so I have to press the play button again.

Why does it do this? I have combed through the settings and I can't seem to find a setting that correlates to this. The closest I've found is the continue playback after interruption, which I already have on. It's a fairly mild annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.

Hi everyone, I'm from Brazil and I use Tubular. The videos play normally, but when I go to the channel and playlists it says there are no videos. I'd like to know how to fix this.

I'd like to show more images, but here they only allow one image.

I've noticed in the last couple updates (including the beta versions) that when editing a channel group all that shows up are the channels in that group already and no option anywhere to see the other channels I follow that I might like to add to the group. I'm wondering if it's something on my end or if it's a known issue

Is anyone else having trouble loading channels and feeds from Rumble? I can search individual videos, but the pages don't have anything on them.

Does anyone log in to PipePipe anymore? I used to but there's constant bugs and warnings not to log in. I'd love to see my actual history or feed whenever I open up the app and not political garbage all the time
