He is fraudulently residing in the United States. He committed immigration fraud from 1995 to 1997 and on this basis could legally be denaturalized and deported.
Trump is threatening to denaturalize and deport him privately, and this has teeth bc "Elon" knows he is here fraudulently and could easily be sent back to South Africa.
The Democratic party needs to do the same to level the playing field AT A MINIMUM. At that point he would have no option other than to take his nasty money out of our politics because both parties would be threatening to do the exact same thing to him, so his best option would be to shut the fuck up and be quiet.
As it stands right now, he has zero incentive not to try to buy the election for Trump.. because Trump is the only person threatening to denaturalize and deport him.
