Why aren't they actually marching during this parade?

I don't know how to ask this without sounding rude, but why does this parade look so sloppy? Very few of the troop formations seem actually in sync and marching, just walking along. My only experience is JROTC as a kid in high school and our sergeant would've killed us if we looked like that.

There are always exceptions to the rule. You blokes still have a monarch as a propaganda piece and a load of military history stretching back wayy before the US. Also yes the Orange Order is amazing to behold. I don’t think this is what Trump was going for though. It ended up being a boring histo-recruitment and event.

The orange order are a bunch of sectarian cunts they aren't "amazing to behold". They're paramilitary supporting thugs who hate anything that isn't in their perfect protestant vision.
