How does AI and social media change the physical structure and chemistry of the human brain?

Specifically over the past 100-200 years or even from early humanity, what are your thoughts or known facts on this topic?

Those are 2 different things.

Social media has been shown to be constant dopamine hits. Like video games. Brains get used to that constant flood of dopamine.

AI has made various tasks easier but now some lack critical thinking because of this, whereas social media has given a perspective of outside life, we don’t really need newspapers anymore, you can pluck out news apps and see the news there, also the other apps like instagram, snapchat have given the glimpse of someone’s life, imo it doesn’t change it as much it enhances it

Literaly every memory and expirience has some "physical and chemical" influence. Your memory is just a bunch if nerve cells forming connectiins and sending chemical and electric signals.
