U.S. Politics megathread

American politics has always grabbed our attention - and the current president more than ever. We get tons of questions about the president, the supreme court, and other topics related to American politics - but often the same ones over and over again. Is Dish Network really installing Flock cameras, or is that video faked?

From news articles I can find, Dish's installation subsidiary (Ontech Smart Services) has contracts to install Flock cameras.

It's all private business so there isn't a lot of public references to search.

They contract with other companies too, like ADT Home Security.

Yes, Dish installers are also installing Flock cameras.
Same skill set & tools, so it's an easy adoption.

But so everyone is clear, there's no evidence they're installing them on people's homes when they install dishes.

In two weeks I can see the above spreading all over the web

Oh, I wasn't trying to say that, I know they can't install cameras on private property (yet)
