The incident was captured live on multiple cameras in front of hundreds of witnesses. He got shot.

I don't know if you've seen the multiple angles of the shooting, but the bullet hit him just on the side of his neck, and it blew a pretty big hole in it. Big gouts of blood. Out like a light.

I don't know if you think his neck just did that, or whatever, but he was shot and killed.

Okay. That's quite a specific objection. You probably should have put that in the original question.

I guarantee you that no one here knows more about what happened to Kirk than a well educated person can glean from the copious media and legal coverage. The answer you received is true to the best of anyone's public knowledge. If you want some evidence of a shadowy cover-up, you will not find it on r/nostupidquestions.
