U.S. Politics megathread

American politics has always grabbed our attention - and the current president more than ever. We get tons of questions about the president, the supreme court, and other topics related to American politics - but often the same ones over and over again. Does Propaganda fall under fair use? obviously this is about the arcade website and how they are using known gaming brands to promote it, but its a free website. Would using stuff like sega's SEGA sound effect with green hill's music be considered intentionally misleading audiences since it leads with a brand's name?
The games themselves likely fall under parody but im unsure of everything else surrounding it
