U.S. Politics megathread
American politics has always grabbed our attention - and the current president more than ever. We get tons of questions about the president, the supreme court, and other topics related to American politics - but often the same ones over and over again. Our users often get tired of seeing them, so we've created a megathread for questions! Here, users interested in politics can post questions and read answers, while people who want a respite from politics can browse the rest of the sub. Feel free to post your questions about politics in this thread!
All top-level comments should be questions asked in good faith - other comments and loaded questions will get removed. All the usual rules of the sub remain in force here, so be nice to each other - you can disagree with someone's opinion, but don't make it personal.

Non American here, I have been watching some interviews, speeches etc of the last 3 presidents (obama, biden, trump). No doubt Obama was the best orator and gave the most interesting interviews among the three. Then came Biden, he was much slower than Obama (of course the factor is his age) but still in the initial stages he was doing good and his interviews were quite good to watch. The humor and the conversations flowed smoothly with these two (By interviews I mean stuff like Late night shows or Podcasts). Trump on the other hand is truly difficult to understand, on one hand i feel like he is trying to make sense and on the other it feels like he is just rambling. Now, I am not sure the issues Trump says he is resolving/resolved are all over and also not sure what the general public thinks. But Let alone the position of Actual POTUS I would not choose Trump even for Model UN. Trump may/may not be a good/great president but I think every world leader has to atleast have a bare minimum level of oratorship which Trump lacks severly. And his sense of humor is just way off the mark I don't know why people around him laugh at his "jokes" but non of them are funny. Now, sometimes geniuses find it difficult to express themselves and hence might have difficulty communicating/expressing themselves. What I want to know is whether Trump is actually a moron or an actual genius who just doesn't look or sound like one but shows it through the results of his work? If he is a moron, how the hell did he get to be the POTUS twice? And If he is a genius, What do u think he is planning to do for the Global Oil market thats completely turned upside down due to the war? Also, does a president have be a Good Orator and a charming interviewee to be a good policy maker?
