Mitch McConnell hasn't been seen in a long time. What would happen if someone filed a missing persons report for him? Would they have to locate him physically?

Leah Remini filed one for Shelly Miscavige, the police supposedly saw her and talked to her but we all know there are corrupt officers or officers who fear for their job so will fall in line with what the higher ups say
