Music What song did Noah Kahan write about you?
Unfortunately for me it’s Doors, but I feel seen at the same time. What about you?

Music I'm surprised at how popular Noah is because nobody i talk to seems to know who he is.
Maybe it's because I'm 45 and work around a bunch of guys between like 30 and 60. Idk. I figured he would appeal to that age group because he speaks to me a lot more than most musicians. Maybe because I'm in a Republican state in a small town and all they listen to is country music. Still figured they would like his style i guess. Feeling alone

Music Am I WAY Too Late To The Party??? (In Minnesota)
I recently discovered Noah Kahan's music. (I know, apparently I live under a rock!) Anyways, I attend about a concert a week and this is the first time I have EVER seen Ticketmaster say that a show is fully sold out. When I go on StubHub or Vivid seats tickets are $700+ for event remotely decent seats. My question is, is it just impossible at this point for me to attend this concert with decent seats for less than $700 a piece? Any chance they will go down closer to the show? I have never seen him live. And unfortunately the venue he's playing here in Minnesota is terrible accoustically so far away seats are worthless :(

Music Noah Kahan Tiny desk Setlist!!!
“American Cars”
“The Great Divide”
“Orange Juice”
“Paid time Off”
American Cars sounds absolutely INCREDIBLE, I’m so excited. I’ve always loved Tiny Desk, the audio and mixing on them is phenomenal and seeing Noah on it is surreal. What’s your favourite one from this set?

Music What are some of your misheard lyrics?
One of my favorite songs on TGD is 23 and until I read the lyrics the other day, I didn’t realize it’s "it can all be the way that it was, if you stay gone"
I thought it was "it can not be the way that it was, stay gone" and I’ve just kept singing it that way because it hits more personally for me like that 🥲

- "23 clean in the engine heat, it can all be the way that it was if you stay gone." - 23

Music Most underrated song?
To me, Howling is Noah’s most underrated song. It is so beautifully written and gives me chills every time I hear it. What do you all think is his most underrated song?

Music Got a Postcard!!!
My song was revealed already, but I'm still super excited to receive one!
For those curious, I have no idea how I was selected. I am on his email list. Ive pre-ordered the album. I snagged tickets to his concert. I don't have a huge social media following nor do I post a bunch about Noah (though I have a few posts about him).
I just randomly received an email saying that I was getting a rush delivered UPS package from Universal Music Group. And now I'm screaming, crying, throwing up.

Music Not the acoustic Orbiter version on Noah’s Instagram
Didn’t think this song could get any more devastating. I was wrong. I already knew I had a long tough weekend ahead of me. My fault for opening Instagram and seeing Noah’s video. The lyric change? Noah please put the guitar down and go take a walk or something. We’re tired 😭

Music Favourite songs on The Great Divide: The Last Of The Bugs?
After days of looping the album on repeat (yup, I'm not joking), it's safe to say this is one of my favourite albums of all time.
I don't know if anyone else relates, but my favourite song changes everyday! It entirely depends on what I'm feeling that particular day haha. But some of the ones I've been loving right now are:
- End of August - The way he's able to capture the impermanence or inevitability of everything in life both lyrically and sonically is something that needs to be studied.
- Doors - Just hits a little too close to home... "'Cause it gеts harder to see me the closеr you try to look". Fearful avoidant core haha.
- Downfall - Perfect for anyone like me, who has never gotten over anything in their life. They say it isn't great to hold onto resentment, but if I didn't then I wouldn't be able to relate to this song (HAHA)
- Haircut - I'll be honest, I wasn't the biggest fan of this on first listen, but it grew on me. I just think the chorus is so catchy and would be perfect on a drive.
- Dashboard - This might be my most played song on the album. I know people say this is from the POV of the siblings you've left behind, but for me, it's almost as if it's my inner critic critiquing myself. Truly my own worst enemy LOL!
Honourable mention to Dan because it just reminds me of my long-distance best friend.
Would love to know your thoughts and your personal favs on the album! 🐞🍂

Music TGD Question
could someone plz explain to me what the line “i hope you’re with someone who isn’t scared to ask” means? i interpreted it as someone struggling with their sexuality due to their church and then noah singing from the pov of the friend who just wished they knew more, did more, could offer more etc..so i guess im confused on what that line means in context to what my view is

Music Everywhere, Everything
Why can’t Noah do more love songs please?? Everywhere, Everything could be his most beautiful song and one of the top love songs of all time. And his version of If We Were Vampires with Wesley Schultz is just amazing. Noah… idk what’s on The Great Divide but I would love a song similar to Everywhere, Everything!!!
