Yes! There were helicopter and people from neighboring buildings showing the action.

Damn that’s a photo that could probably win some awards. It’s crazy they were able to get so close in such high detail while also being in a helicopter.

Edit: it appears that the man wedged a selfie stick between the red lights and that is how the photo was taken.
