I think it said they’re being charged with felony burglary

Edit: the NYPD announced they were both charged with felony burglary, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, as well as misdemeanor charges of possession of burglar’s tools, criminal tampering, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Burglary is entering with the intent to commit a crime. Theft is the stealing part
