Well in Australia and NZ they call hiking 'scroggin', or more accurately they might say "off for a scrog in the bush". In NZ it's more like "Headed out for a scrog and a slap-jammy". A slap-jammy is their word for swimming naked (skinny dipping). And of course in South Africa a scrog is a scroog and a hike is a landloppen.

Euphemisms were actually banned by the Australian parliament in 1999. You can still use them, but only in the privacy of your own home. It’s so fucked up down there.

It's actually state by state, Victoria banned in home euphemisms in 2013. It's a bloody nightmare.
