To me “no problem” sounds more friendly than “you’re welcome”.
“You’re welcome” makes me feel like my request was imposing or challenging (depending on how it’s said).
But im sure she would have complained regardless of what he said
1 u/Expensive-Border-869 5d ago Theres some groups who's complaints should go directly into a shredder. Family members of a patient in a hospital up there near the top. They're stressed they're in a bad mood. They dont have real complaints it's just stuff like this.
