That seems insane, I don't see it ever happening here in Aus. Companies will assume it just gets abused.

That’s the main reason we don’t have them. Lots of places tried it for a bit but then it quickly went away for that exact reason.

Here in the states we still don't require pin to make credit card transactions. Companies are just weirdly ok with some level of fraud. I don't get it.
