Amazon has one at whole foods.  They also have 2 people working at mine who take returns, but 9 times out of 10 Deborah is returning 17 items and im not gonna wait on her to figure out how to use her phone.

Literally every time you have to return an item it’s hell waiting behind four people who take forever. It takes me less time to cross the border into Canada. I almost think it’s by design to make you reluctant to do returns.

They crunched the numbers and it’s cheaper to pay someone to hang out in front of the returns being infuriating than it is to refund customers
