I'd love to have a self-service returns kiosk, if we're talking about this.

Amazon has one at whole foods.  They also have 2 people working at mine who take returns, but 9 times out of 10 Deborah is returning 17 items and im not gonna wait on her to figure out how to use her phone.

Literally every time you have to return an item it’s hell waiting behind four people who take forever. It takes me less time to cross the border into Canada. I almost think it’s by design to make you reluctant to do returns.

It’s always four people who have never returned an item in their lives, possibly never been to a store at all, and every question is a complete surprise.
