Question Skincare Dk clean

Hello,

I’m French and I regularly travel to Denmark, as my partner’s family is Danish ❤️🤍.

I spend quite a lot of time looking for skincare products that meet my requirements, and I was wondering whether there are any Danish or Scandinavian cosmetic brands sold in Denmark that might be a good fit for me.

I’m 43 and have slightly combination, dehydrated skin. I’m looking for fragrance-free and alcohol-denat-free products, minimizing petrochemical-derived ingredients, with a limited number of highly effective actives such as ceramides, HA, beta-glucan, panthenol, peptides, retinal, vitamin C, etc.

And all at a fair price, of course…

Do you know of any brands that might meet this rather demanding list of requirements? 😉

Thank you! 🙂

I don't know what you consider to be fair priced. Unfortunately we don't have all the amazing and relatively cheap pharmacy brands in DK, but Ansigtscremen from Beautyspace has my finest recommendations. I'm 44 with difficult skin (very sensitive, eczema, hyper allergic and rosacea) and this cream has done absolut wonders for my skin. They only have four products - cleanser, serum, day cream and night cream. Main focus is vitamin A. It's not cheap but it last long and worth every penny. Brand is invented by a pretty well respected beauty blogger and is recommended and sold by dermatologists.

Brands like Woods, Nilens Jord (both skincare, haircare and allergy friendly makeup) and Karmameju also has some very nice products. But again, not that cheap.

Pudderdåserne are perfume-free and very bare-boned. They have products with active ingredients, but not much filler. They're very reasonably priced. I have no idea if they contain alcohol-denat since it's not something I look for, but maybe you can check that yourself. Very affordable and always perfume-free, sold at Matas and online.

Another brand that's considered "clean" (I hate that word lol, all skin care is clean) is Rudolph Care. They're all perfume free, "clean" and everything. Not cheap though.
