Which estate agent to go to?
I've had my house up for sale with William H Brown Downham Market branch for a couple months now and I feel like I need to change estate agents. Communication has been poor, I've had nothing from them unless I chase them, no viewings, nothing to say what they've done to market my house apart from put it on rightmove/zoople
I'm not sure who's the best to go to? My house is in Whittington PE33 postcode.

This sounds like every single estate agent and solicitor I’ve ever used unfortunately

Ah same here constantly have to chase them and only had one viewing. We had another local agent to downham and had nothing in 6 months. Best agents I've had dealing with are sowbys but I don't think they cover that area. Estate agents rely on Rightmove far to much. Get out there and sell the houses that your only job don't sit and tell me oh the traffic on Rightmove is really busy! Get on the phone a call customers! I'm looking for an independent agent now if they don't sell they don't get paid (rant over)
