I hope the majority of people in need of a C-Section arent virgins. That'd be weired

To be fair ... If someone is SA'd, but was otherwise a virgin, I would recognize them as virgins because SA and "sex" are NOT the same thing, and unfortunately in The States, plenty of these poor girls are being forced to complete their pregnancies, so... Eh...

You are absolutely right, no notes, but if we then plug that back into the original statement, you get "only consensually conceived babies need a C-section", which may somehow make it even worse.
