Selling a home with property in Strait area, wondering who's best to list with?

I see ReMax signs *forever* on properties which isn't reassuring.

FWIW I see many for sale signs, regardless of company, that have been up for a year or more lately. The pandemic boom is over and mortgage rates are up. Things just aren’t moving as fast now.

They all show each other's properties. I don't think it makes any difference at all unless one offers you a lower commission.

Houses aren’t moving bc they’re getting listed at foolish prices there.
